Due to unprecedeented times, shipping has been delayed with Canada Post for domestic shipments. Please expect the possibility for your package within Canada to take up to a few weeks to arrive!

We ship any where in Canada and the United States. We offer free shipping on all Canadian purchases of $95 or more and for our US customers, free shipping is available on all purchases $200 and over. Handling fees may apply.
It's an estimated 4 -7 business days (8-10 business day for US orders) for delivery from the time your order has been processed. Delivery estimation time may be more or less depending on your location or product availability. In most cases delivery falls roughly within the specified window stated above.
Shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of any shipping company we may use, all weights are calculated in grams to give fair and as accurate as possible shipping rates.

Within 31-90 Days of Delivery
You are eligible for equal value product credit, or product exchange (less shipping & handling).

You need consistent use, overtime to see real change in your skin. Which is why we offer the EMPTY BOTTLE RETURN POLICY for our skincare line. This policy gives you up to 60 days to use our skincare products until it's finish, see the results and then make informative decision. And if you're not satisfied with the results by your 60 days end, you will be refunded your full money back (less the shipping) guaranteed. It's that simple!
